Just a Whisper
Out in a garden where the river ran slow,
Everything we needed, Lord, we already did know,
Every tree was heavy with the sweetest kind of grace,
Till a whisper in the shadows put a question in its place.

He said, “Did He really tell you not to taste a thing?”
She said, “We got it all, ‘cept that tree in the spring,
In the middle of the garden, where the warning’s been laid—
Don’t touch it, don’t eat it… or we’ll fade away.”

But that voice kept talking, twisting up the truth,
Made a lie sound easy, made it feel like proof…

It was good for the hunger, it was easy on the eyes,
Promised a kind of wisdom wrapped up in disguise,
Said, “You could be like God,” but it came from the wrong place,
Not for His glory, just to lift our own name.
Yeah, we traded truth for a lie in the shade of that tree,
Now the silence feels louder than it used to be,
Just a bite, just a moment—but it changed everything,
Now we’re hiding in the garden, sewing fig leaves for our sin.

Wasn’t the whole wide garden already full and fine?
Why’d we fix our eyes on that one forbidden vine?
Shifted from obedience to the craving of the flesh,
From trusting in His Word to what felt good instead.

She reached out her hand, yeah, the fruit looked right,
He stood there beside her, didn’t put up a fight,
Took it and he ate—now there’s no turning back,
And the innocence we carried slipped through every crack.

And just like that, the enemy don’t wait—
Once you compromise, he comes rushing in with shame…

And shame cuts deep, steals your peace, makes you run and hide,
Breaks the fellowship you never thought you’d leave behind,
But what if that ache is mercy in disguise?
A heart still feeling means it’s still alive.

‘Cause a heart of stone don’t break, don’t bend, don’t cry,
But a heart made flesh feels the weight of every lie,
And though it hurts, it’s a sign we ain’t too far gone—
Conviction calling us back where we belong.

Yeah, the enemy deceives, but the Lord still restores,
Turns the shame into a knocking on redemption’s door…

But we were made for more than lifting our own name,
We were made to reflect Him, to walk in His ways.
Yeah, even in the hiding, even in the fall,
There’s a mercy that’s reaching through it all,
From the garden to forever, there’s a grace that begins—
Even through the sorrow of our fig leaves and our sin.

So when that whisper comes, yeah, I pray we remember then—
It ain’t about being God… it’s about walking with Him.

Born Again

There was a man named Nicodemus, ruler of the Jews
Came to Jesus in the nighttime, searching for the truth
“Rabbi, we know God’s with You, signs nobody can deny”
Jesus looked and told him straight, with fire in His eyes

“Listen close, I’m telling you again—
You won’t see the kingdom till you’re born again!”

You must be born again!
Yeah the Spirit’s blowing like the wind!
Water and the Spirit, let the new life begin

“How can someone start over when they’re old and gray?”
“Can a man return again the mother’s way?”
Jesus said the flesh is flesh, the Spirit gives you life
Don’t be shocked by what I’m saying—truth cuts like a knife

Wind blows where it wants to go
Hear the sound but you don’t know

Yeah the Spirit’s blowing like the wind!
Leave the darkness, let the light come in

Teacher of Israel, how can this be strange?
Earthly things you doubt—how will heaven rearrange?

Like the serpent in the desert answering the call

Say the words, call His name
Think the gate will be the same
Many cry, “Lord, Lord hear!”
Thinking heaven will appear

Works and wonders that you claim

“I declare… I never knew you”
Truth you heard but never kept
Promises you never kept
Hear the word — obey the truth
Build your house where storms can’t move
Rain will fall, winds will prove
What your life is founded to

Rock will stand through the night
Sand will crumble out of sight
Hear the warning spoken true

Many stand before the throne
Claim the works that they have shown
Demons cast and prophets’ cries
Still the Judge will not be swayed

Lawless hearts behind the show
Seeds that never chose to grow
Then the words will split the view
“Go away… I never knew you”
Hear His words and walk the way
Or the storm will wash away
Hear the word — obey the truth
Build your house where storms can’t move

Authority in every word
Crowds amazed by what they heard
Choose the rock your whole life through
Never hear… “I never knew you.”

Glorify Your Name

Woke up this morning with a prayer in my chest
Dust on my boots but I’m still feelin’ blessed
Whole heart singin’, Lord I’m callin’ Your name
Through the joy and the hurt, I’ll praise You the same

You pulled me up when I was lost in the night
Shined like a fire, like a holy light
Bought with a price, yeah the debt’s been paid
Now every step that I take gonna give You praise

Ain’t about the glory a man can claim
It’s the Father above who lifts His name

My Rock

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
The sky is the work of Your Hand, Lord
Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
Knowledge is revealed in Your creation, Lord
There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.
Their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,
which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, and, like a strong man, runs its course with joy.
Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat.
There is no escaping the heat of Your sun, Lord
The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple;

Whispers through the silent mind…
Ancient words in fire refined…
Truth resounds through time and blood…
Faith awakens… love becomes…
Voices call but truth is clear,
Not by sight, nor fleshly flame,
But by faith we stake our claim!
Through the Word the light breaks in,
Cuts the dark, exposes sin,
Spirit moves, the mind ignites—
Turning wrong to righteous sight!
You can give your life away—
Still be lost without the Way…
Empty deeds will turn to dust…
Without love there is no trust!
Faith in the fire of love!
Guided by the Word above!
Through the Spirit we become—
What we could not on our own!

Patient hands and kindness shown,
Not for pride nor selfish throne,

Standing firm in what is right!
Knowledge deep and insight grows,
Where the living Spirit flows,
Speak the truth—but speak in grace—

Trust in Him… don’t lean on sight…

End is near—so clear your mind!
Leave the emptiness behind!

Every choice for heaven’s sake!
Love will cover, heal, restore—

With His Spirit as our guide!

No Condemnation

Listen…
No chains on the soul anymore.
No condemnation when I’m walking with the King,
Spirit bring life, hear the freedom when it sings.
Law of sin and death couldn’t hold me in the grave,
Now I’m living by the Spirit — yeah the Spirit makes me brave.
No condemnation, yeah the darkness gotta flee,
Christ paid the price so the truth could set me free.
Flesh leads to death but the Spirit leads to peace,
Got a new mind now, yeah the old chains released.
There’s no condemnation when I’m walking with the Christ,
Spirit of life hit the soul like lightning in the night.
Law couldn’t save, yeah the flesh kept failing,
So God sent His Son, now the enemy’s wailing.
Came in the likeness of the flesh just to break it,
Sin got sentenced when the cross had to take it.
Now the law fulfilled in the way that we living,
Not chasing the flesh but the Spirit that’s given.
Mind on the flesh? That’s a road to the grave.
Mind on the Spirit? That’s the life that He gave.
Flesh hostile to God, can’t submit to the throne,
But the Spirit in my heart tells me I’m not alone.
No condemnation when I’m walking with the King,

If the Spirit lives in you then you know who you belong to,
Christ in the heart and the darkness can’t haunt you.
Body may fall but the Spirit’s alive,
Same power that raised Him keeps the soul revived.
We ain’t slaves to the fear anymore,
Got adopted by the Father, got a heavenly door.
Cry “Abba, Father!” when the Spirit testifies,
Children of the King with a kingdom in the skies.
Suffering now but the glory’s gonna show,
Creation’s waiting for the sons to glow.
Whole world’s groaning like the pain of a birth,
But redemption’s coming soon to the ends of the earth.
Spirit in the weakness when the prayers feel stuck,
Heart searching deep when the words get struck.
God knows the mind of the Spirit inside,
Working every storm for the good of the bride.
Foreknown, predestined, called to the throne,
Justified, glorified — never alone.
If God is for us who could stand in the way?
Not rulers, not angels, not night or day.
He gave His Son so the world could live,
Tell me what else could the Father give?
Who could accuse when the Judge says free?
Christ died, rose, now He’s pleading for me.
Tribulation, famine, danger, sword —
Still more than conquerors through the Lord.
Neither height nor depth, nothing in creation,
Could ever break this holy foundation.
Death can’t stop it, life can’t shake it,
Love of Christ — nothing can take it.

More than conquerors, yeah the victory’s begun,
Nothing separates us from the love of the Son.

Blessed Is The One

Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Sin is covered by the Blood of Christ
Blessed is the man against whom the LORD counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.

Proverbs 31 Woman

An excellent wife who can find?
She is far more precious than jewels.
The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain.
She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life.
She seeks wool and flax, and works with willing hands.
She is like the ships of the merchant; she brings her food from afar.
She rises while it is yet night and provides food for her household and portions for her maidens.
She considers a field and buys it; with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard.
She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong.
She perceives that her merchandise is profitable. Her lamp does not go out at night.
She puts her hands to the distaff, and her hands hold the spindle.

Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates.
