The “massive” domino symbolizes temptation. We, in the strength Holy Spirit, must  resist temptation, we must not allow ourself to be lured by the desires of the flesh. When we make one exception, its result is a domino effect that leads to more and more sin. We must war against the flesh, we must fight to keep that first domino from falling.

James 1:13-14 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. 14 But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire.
